Each color symbolizes different stakeholders and aspects of the local partnership, while the star in the middle represents their shared strength and commitment to a common goal – increasing local employment. The design emphasizes dynamics, collaboration, and integration, key elements in successfully connecting unemployed individuals with the labor market in line with the specific needs of employers.
